How to select a seat on Kenya Airways?

How much does Kenya Airways charge for seats?
Kenya Airways will not charge you for regular seats, but advance seat selection is not possible for them. Standard seats, Extra Comfort seats and Preferred seats are available for pre-selection at a Kenya Airways seat selection fee.
